• We will send you a quote by e-mail within three working hours
• Following acceptance, your project will be processed immediately
• You will receive the translated document and invoice by e-mail by the agreed delivery date
• You will have 5 days to make the payment by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal

How and When to Pay

Invoices must be paid within 5 days of receipt of the translated document, unless otherwise agreed. You can take these 5 days to evaluate the translation; if you are not satisfied, please let us know via the procedure in our terms and conditions.

For larger orders, we usually require an advance payment of 50% which is adjusted towards the final billing.
